Hi! I'm Denise

CEO

I love eating chocolate, laughing until I cry, summiting mountains, tending my garden, skiing as fast as I can, paddle boarding on alpine lakes (ice skating the same lakes in winter) and generally embracing the beauty of the Eastern Sierra. I can’t resist a Pumpkin Spice Latte when the seasons change. My approach to life, both personally and professionally, is centered on kindness, authenticity and maintaining the highest level of integrity.

My closest friends were asked to describe me in a few words and the following is a compilation: caring, reliable ( x4), dedicated, loyal, trustworthy, joyful, positive, multitasker, savvy, empathetic, optimistic, diligent, and persistent.

Math has always come naturally to me, and in 2013 I discovered my calling to accounting. I LOVE my job! I enjoy problem solving, organizing chaos, and reconciling until the equation is perfectly balanced. Efficiency is key in everything that I do; I take pride in streamlining and automation which allows me to serve more clients while meeting their needs effectively.

I promise my clients honest and accurate work at a fair rate. Together, we’ll tailor our approach to fit your unique needs and save you money by automating processes and maximizing the potential of your accounting software. I’ll also provide regular financial statements and clear insights into what those numbers mean for your business.

Meet the Logo

SCIENTIFIC NAME: Poecile gambeli

ORDER: Passeriformes

FAMILY: Paridae

Why the Mountain Chickadee is an ideal symbol for this accounting firm:

  1. Food Caching: Mountain Chickadees store food, particularly seeds, during the Fall to prepare for Winter when resources are scarce. This caching behavior can be likened to budgeting and financial planning in accounting—ensuring resources are set aside for future needs.

  2. Memory: Mountain Chickadees have remarkable spatial memory, allowing them to remember where they stored their food. This mirrors the attention to detail and record-keeping essential in accounting.

  3. Adaptability: Mountain Chickadees adjust their food storage strategies depending on environmental conditions, similar to how accountants must adapt to changing financial regulations and market conditions.

  4. Efficient Use of Resources: These birds don't cache food randomly; they place it in safe, strategic locations. In accounting, this reflects efficient asset management and strategic investment planning.

Their natural tendencies offer lessons in careful management and foresight, much like good accounting practices.
